Hey Nella :) I went to grad school for library science -- I highly recommend it as a grad degree, if the jobs you are lookin at require something like that! In fact, if you are interested in staying in NYC, the school I went to for library science (Long Island University) has a Manhattan Campus for the lib. sci. program housed right in NYU's Bobst library -- I was at the Westchester Campus myself, but that could be a really neat way to get your grad work done, if you are diggin' NYC life (pun completely intended, since I know you are into archeology) :) anyway, museums are great, libraries are great, and, um, books are great :) ha good luck!
