Why I love this workplace:

ink_n_imp1) Because people are tickled pink by the xkcd comics I've printed and tacked my wall and monitor.
2) My boss-lady made my a Drink-clock. It's a picture of a clock with various alcoholic drinks photo shopped in place of the numbers. Right now, it is Mimosa-o'clock in the afternoon.
3) Because I get emails like this:
2 Q’s:
1. Did C. come in today? I put her cupcakes in the refrigerator.
2. Is that a Chris Redfield figure on your desk?
(to which my reply was:
1) No, she didn’t. Turns out the silly thing hit her head on a desk and managed to knock herself into a concussion the day before, and finally went to get it checked out yesterday. She’s resting today, and hopefully she’ll be in tomorrow.
2) It most certainly is. It came with the special edition RE:5 my friend purchased, and because there was no Leon Kennedy figure with the 4th one, this was my consolation prize. He keeps my desk safe from Umbrella’s zombie/Los Plagas hoards.)
EDIT: To which she replied: From now on, any green herbs I find I will leave on your desk.
The people here are made of WIN.
EDIT OF..THE HELL?: I swear, there's a novel or a tv series that this place will inspire me to write. The Head of Security just helped me break into a locked cabinet I needed to get into...with his lock picks.
Me: So...what did you do before you came to work here?
Him: Trade Secret.
