Wasn't there a movie about a Russian sub that broke down off the coast of the US and all they wanted was to get back home but the thing was just broken (And cause its a movie they had to have a pointless romance between a Russian soldier and a US woman)? THAT is what I thought of when I read your headline. Which just shows you how little Russia is a threat if the first impulse can be "Aww, lookie the cute widdle Russians, all lost and away from home."
