thingsunwritten again. My prompt this time is relatively vague though, giving me a TON of creative writing wiggle room. Dare I say, even TOO much room?

Though, nothing like a weekend with friends to get the old creative juices flowing again, what? This weekend, while with

I've a feeling this tale is going to be scientific romance meets fantasy; with a dash of time travel, a marriage of science and magic, a slightly helpful Folk, and the possible end of the world as they know it.

....and I have until April 19th to finish this.
