YOU GUYS. I'm STILL recovering from Saturday. Well done, Mr. Sulu, well done.

I'd have posted this sooner, but Sunday was a wee bit hectic for me as I had to book it out to Long Island for my dad's birthday, get my apartment into some semblance of order beforehand so my roommate wouldn't excommunicate me, and hope to God that my video camera with all the recap footage wasn't working merely because all of my batteries were inexplicably dead, and not because I had done something idiotic to my camera in my drunken revelry.

ALSO, ya'll forgot quite a few personal items at my place, which is always the mark of a party partied hard.

All in all, it was quite the Star Trek bacchanal, and I'm still trying to remember it all outside of "OMG THAT WAS AWESOME".

Yeah, I'm pretty sure there was a discussion about a Harry Potter IMAX meet-up. It has to be after July 29th though because that's when IMAX actually starts those showings (well, technically Lincoln Square IMAX is starting this Wednesday but I'm all booked up until August :( so I'd rather it be later, haha).

I'm Sylvia, I was on the BLUE TEAM OF AWESOME and am apparently channeling Christine Chapel (aka we are both blonde and want a piece of the Pon Farr action). I brought the Barbie Spock doll that got stripped down to his starfleet logo boxers by the end of the night. (He's still recovering from the party I think; he's been hiding in my bag "meditating" for the last 36 hours). MOST GQMF MOMENT: I CAN'T PICK JUST ONE OMG D: The Kobayashi Maru? The vid sing-along? The Romulan Ale?? WHATEVER IT WAS ALL AMAZING AND I CAN'T WAIT TO DO IT AGAIN.
