The quickest way to own me is to send me things. Oh, not BIG things. Just things that would make me go squee. Have something of a fannish nature you think would tickle me pink? That’s a soul owning right there. Have a copy of Hugh Laurie’s “The Gun Seller” just lying around and think I could use the copy? One first born, coming right up! Think I could use a burned copy of “Victor/Victoria” for all my cross-dressing kink wants and needs? Would you like that soul in paper or plastic?

BUT as first-borns and souls tend to be one-of-a-kind that don’t really get stretched out too well, and as I’ve run out of hypothetical children to give away the naming rights to (second born’s getting the middle name of Nathaniel, FYI. S’good biblical/historical name, that!), I have to resort to offering what measly artistic ability I have to show my thanks.

So when

mosellegreen asked for illustrations for her Alternate Trinities (aka Superman, Batman and Wonder Woman) fic, well, who am I to refuse! And really, it’s too good an idea NOT to try my doodling hand at! I mean, who DOESN’T want to see what an Amazonian princess Bruce or Clark (genderswapped, of course!) would look like? Who doesn’t want a Diana Wayne/Kent running around?

So, I pulled out the old sketchbook, blew the dust off of it, and started some rudimentary sketches in an attempt to figure out how the hell one makes Bruce Wayne a Princess Briseis/Bruce Kent, how to do the same to Clark, or how to Batman/Superman Diana up—
