weekend update

ink_n_impMY HAIR IS DYED!!!!!
...well, not a dratistic hair change, by any stretch of the imagination, but definately more of a strawberry blonde with more "blonde" than "strawberry". Honestly, my rare adventurous spirit didn't fail me this time, and it looks rather good. Prehaps one day I'll figure out how to post pictures on livejournal so you all can see the difference, but for now if you're curious I did cut a lock of my hair before I dyed it so you can come on over and feel free to compare the before and after. I'll even make you some tea if you come.
This post is coming out a bit slower than my normal posts, and there's a very good reason for that too. So, as my away message alluded, Lindsay, Tammy and I went updown around 4:30, and went to Kiev's. Kiev's for those who are unenlightened,is Lindsay's and my bar of choice. I love Kiev's. We're regulars so we never, EVER get carded, and we even have a favorite bartender, and the food is really really good too...so GO to Kiev's!! It's on 2nd ave and 7th st. It most definately has my seal of approval.
But the reason for this side note (besides that you should try Kiev's out) is that I am rather drunk as I am typing this, hence the slower posting than normal. Cohension when intoxicated is so mach tricker when tipsy, and the world has stopped moving at 24 frames per second. Such is life.
But, the POINT of the tale is that we dropped Lindsay off at Palladium for her Ireland House groupie party, and Tammy and I are slowly sobering up. Her bunny in amusing us in the meanwhile.
Unfortunately, I don't think I have anything else to talk about, besides that we might see Fiddler on the Roof tomorrow and we're going to be in the parade and I need to finish my costume...
