What a week. Especially what a weekend. Ups and downs, let me tell you!

Between getting Howl's Moving Castle downloading on my computer to being a lazy ass all weekend, to performing at May Day to rave reviews (Dude, someone said I perform like the love child of Robin Williams and Ellen DeGeneres. That is easily the BEST compliment I've ever gotten, I'm still all a flutter!) to being the only person in the building with working internet, to one of the girls down the hall being told by her girlfriend (who is in China now acting on Broadway there in sound of music) that she wanted to experiment with boys again, and the drinking and smoking and bar hopping that went down in response, it's been intense.

Being slacking like woh in regards to school work, but I'm back in the nano game and there is hope! I'm 8000 words behind still, but I did some major catching up this weekend and there is hope! HOPE! Hope I tell you, damnit, I can still do this! Oddly enough, I'm ahead in my word count compared to where I was on this date back during Nano '03. So, yea, W00t!!

Been trying to upload pictures and what not, but internet works fine, until I really need it, and I gets all "But I am le tired." I've only managed to get two pics uploaded, a nano based one and one of a gazelle for Renaissance Apprenticeship. Wah-la! Don't you just hate me for clogging your f-list with my poor ass sketches?

Well, actually, I'm DAMN proud of the gazelle. So no knockin' the wildlife, m'kay?

XD

Emery falls down a cliff and breaks her leg. Emery falls down a cliff and breaks her leg.

In a moment of a desperate need for word count filler, my two characters, Phil and Emery, recounted a story where Emery and some students were chased by a rampaging wild boar, and she was elbowed by a frightened student off of a cliff.

She, alas, was forgotten about by the fleeing students, and Phil had to hike back across the 3 km of farm land and shimmy his way over dangerous ledges to get to her, and carry her back up since she had broken her leg.

But that's what friends are for.

Gazelle!! Gazelle!!

This was so much fun to do, but a real bitch. It took me forever to get the proportions right. Frickin' animals.

Well, that's it for now. I have so many knots in my shoulders it's sickening. Sleep is required.

Laters!

Heh, well as a lover of all things Redwall, um...I could give it a shot?

I don't have a scanner, but I have a camera, and don't ask me about coloring. Ain't going to happen. But drawing, I could try my hand at.

Whatcha got in mind?

You dont need to color it at all.

I do a little thing called MUCKing. its kind of like an mmorpg... but all text based, which means you control everything... I can get you addicted show you how if youd like... its fantastic. Anywho, I have a bunch of characters I've created. An otter, a badger, a fox, a rabbit, and another otter.

they all have fun quirks and characteristics... not that I'm obsessed... or anything.

EHEM. righto. so I wouldnt ask you to draw more than one, obviosuly... and my two favorites are the badger and the otter, so if you can draw either that would be awesome. if you cant thats fine, I understand. The descriptions I have are straight from the MUCK, so they do have info on the colors they sport - but I actually like sketchs without colors better anyway- so that really works out better for both of us.

Again - if this is a problem at all, I understand. if not - I owe you my weight in souls.

but yeah -here they are. theyre not perfect.

*Brawnblade the badger.*

You see before you an entirely black badger, the only exception being the two white stripes that run down either side of his body, beginning at his nose and splitting between the eyes into the two strains which stretch down to the base of his tail. His underbelly is also white, standing out brightly against his back. He wears a leather belt, thick and wide, on which hangs a hammer fit to his massive hands, as well as a screwdriver and saw. This belt also serves to hold shut his deep maroon tunic shut. The tunic is of a corduroy fabric, and has two pockets in a horizontal line on the bottom of each side of the tunic. His arms ripple with strength, and each step he takes is a massive stride. His overall physique is not too large, but just over the average size of a badger. His deep black eyes reflect a skeptical mannerism which contrasts greatly with his accepting smile.

*Mudslide the otter*

an otter with grizzly/tan fur everywhere except for the white oval covering his stomach, and the white diamond on his back. Of course, you only see the bottom corner of the diamond because of the maroon vest he wears with the front open. It is a very well worn corduroy material with a rip in bottom left corner of the front right side. He is slightly above average height, and of a healthy- but not overfed girth. Around his waist is a simple leather belt. On each side of his belt is a dirk. Around his forehead is another leather band, which appears to be his sling. On his left leg, towards the back, is a scar over which hair has not regrown. It is impossible to make out what kind of sign used to be etched there as it has been scratched out by another blade. His eyes have a gleam of happiness, and his face is full of an understanding complexion that conflicts with his often tense physical form.

Oh yea, and considering how my dad's an othropedic (meh on spelling) surgeon, you think an idea of what a broken leg looks like would come easier. But nay. The best I could do was the "Ok, I'm sitting here, and I can't really move at all, though I'd like to try" moment after breaking something. Hence the angle of "...wha?"

*sigh* I need models, or something. this is getting ridiculous now.
