The one birthday I never forget (my brother's, Dec 4.) and I completely forgot. And the little bastard noticed. Grrh.
I've been getting better I swear!...I remembered Tammy's and Jenni's, Lindsay's, and my mother's (by the skin of my teeth, but just barely), and I have a vague grasp of my father's (either the 9th or 11th of July, which ever is the day we returned from Italy that one vacation). But what good is that if I'm losing ground in the few birthdays I DO (or, make that DID) remember!
Sometimes, I even suspect I only remember my OWN damn birthday because it has coincided with the I-CON sci fi/fantasy convention for the last 4 years.
If you are the sort that circle important anniverseries like birthdays and weddings on the calendar and look forward to them with a doey-eyed romantic gleam, for the Love of GOD, DO NOT MARRY ME. I'm THAT spouse.
