Guess where I am
Apr. 16th, 2005 12:33 am'Nella here, coming to you from the wonderous place that is Northampton, in the loverly Smith College. This place is a vaginal utopia. A welcome relief from the city. I've gotten what it feels like to be able to walk somewhere in your pj's and not feel like a homeless bum. Smith, New Paltz...I need to visit such places on occasion, to even things out a bit.
Anywho, I am LOVING it up here. Erin and I went kayaking, collected a shitload of ceramic shards off the bottom of the river (we hopped off our kayaks at one point and waded around), I stole a shitload of Smithy food, ate muchly of the Newmarket, and watched the french king give the National Assembly shit in her gov. class. Oh, and watched a shitload of what is probably one of the GREATEST SHOWS IN THE ENTIRE WORLD!!!!!
"Queer as Folk" my friends. "Queer as Folk". I. FUCKING. LOVE. THIS. SHOW.
So far i've watched eps 1-5 and the last ep of season one. It is a pant worthy show. A giggle worthy one. A break down and BAWL worthy one. God, I am in love with this show.
Anywho, I'm going to go and watch something cheery now though, cause I just finished the final episode and holy shit...it is a DOOZY. I need to watch something really, really fucking cheery now.
But the show is still God's own hard-on.
